Service :)

What a wonderful morning :)  In October our oldest (She is 21) decided that instead of spending money on family and friends for gifts they don't need she wanted to spend her money on a service project. She decided on purchasing things for the crisis nursery.

So we talked to all the kids about it and showed them some videos from the crisis nursery and what it is. They thought this was a great idea. So this morning we filled up the van with everything she had purchased and all drove down there.

The kids also wanted to do something, and we have been so very blessed, so we also took some toys and some clothing down to the family homeless shelter.

I love to see the joy in the kids faces that they have when we participate in any type of service.
